Unconditional 30 Day Sleep Program

Congratulations on your new mattress purchase! If you aren’t completely satisfied with your new sleep, we provide the opportunity to exchange your mattress for any other mattress within 30 days from the purchase date. This exchange is free from any return or restocking fees on condition that the product is returned without stain or damage from its original condition.

Details of exchange program:

· One time exchange (no multiple exchanges)

· Price of exchanged Mattress cannot be less than 20% of original purchase.

· Returned mattress must be free of any sign of abuse or wear (marks, scrapes, stains, etc.)

· Mattresses displayed on our showroom floor qualify for this exchange program. For any other special orders, speak with a manager for information on what is covered. 

· Normal delivery fees apply for exchanged mattresses.

If you decide to exchange your mattress and do not want to pay for another delivery fee feel free to bring it back yourself. We do require, however, that the mattress set is wrapped in plastic upon its return. We can provide mattress bags to anyone taking advantage of our exchange program.
